Step 1: ABA Benefit Verification

Verify Insurance Coverage for ABA.

• Obtain Authorization from the Insurer for ABA Treatment Plan Evaluation.

Step 2: Assessment Authorization

• We contact your insurance provider to request authorization for an initial ABA assessment.

Step 3: The Assessment

• An intake appointment with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is scheduled

Step 4: Therapy Authorization

• After the assessment, the BCBA uses the results to create a treatment plan specifically to your child’s needs

Step 5: Scheduling

• The scheduling team will call and go over availability based on recommended treatment hours

• Services begin, you meet your child’s team and we watch measurable outcomes
